Click2SciencePD was developed by University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension for out-of-school time staff, coaches, and site directors. It’s organized around 20 skills for planning hands-on STEM, interacting with kids during activities, and building their science skills. It’s designed for frontline staff who may not have a science background.
How to Use This Resource #
1. Pick one skill (like asking open-ended questions) for your next staff meeting.
2. Watch the short video together and discuss what it looks like at your site.
3. Have staff try the skill during one activity this week, then debrief.
