The social climate of schools matter. This paper aims to combine the efforts of Bullying Prevention programs and Restorative Practices in order to establish positive school climes where students feel safe and connected to their school. As after school professionals, consider integrating their suggestions around active adult supervision and open communication through restorative practices.
