We would never want you to be unhappy! As most of the courses have been purchased for teams, we don’t offer refunds to individuals. If your entire team decides the course is not for them, then have your administrator reach out to our team. We will see what we can do to address the challenges faced by teams and correct the issue. if that doesn’t work, we can discuss a refund. However, if you have purchased an individual course and you don’t like it, please contact us within 14 days with an explanation of what didn’t work for you, to receive a refund.
